We have over 50 cafes, café bars and bistros that offer you a place to relax with a coffee and enjoy a snack in the open spaces and in every hall of the trade fair grounds.

We offer international appeal: many types of fine sushi are just as popular as the local sausage specialty, the frankfurter. Aside from quick classics like bratwurst or meatballs, fresh salads, fine sandwiches, crispy baguettes.
For even more variety, our fleet of small, mobile snack and drink stands offer goodies like fresh-pressed orange juice, pretzels and hot dogs.
Before dawn each morning, work begins in our commercial kitchen. Here is where thousands of fresh products are made for each day according to strict controls: open-faced sandwiches, sandwiches and salads. We are especially proud of our in-house sushi production, which is managed by a Japanese sushi master.
