The company’s purpose is the gastronomic service for trade fairs, congresses, concerts and events of al types as well as related services like furniture rental, staffing, etc. In order to fulfil this purpose, the company maintains dining operations and facilities at the Messe grounds in Frankfurt-Main. The collection, processing and use of information is only used for the aforementioned purposes.

Customer data, employee data as well as supplier data, provided this is necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in 4.

6. Recipient or recipient category with whom data may be shared:
Public entities in the event of overriding statutory provisions, external agents pursuant to §11 BDSG as well as external entities and internal departments to fulfil the purposes stated in 4.

7. Deadlines for deletion of data:
Lawmakers have enacted many storage obligations and deadlines. Upon expiry of these deadlines, respective data will be routinely deleted. Provided data are not affected by this, they will be deleted if no longer needed for the purposes stated in 4.

8. Data transfer to countries outside the EU (Third-party countries):
Transmission of personal data of citizens of Germany or other EU countries to non-EU countries is not planned.
